Exploring program adjacencies in the conceptual stage allowed us to answer a lot of questions early on about how to tailor the design to fit Stepping Stones needs.

Early on in the design process, MLA explored several ways to work with the primary form of Stepping Stone's Woodbury Location, while looking for ways to update it for the needs of additional space.

Loocated just north of the Twin Cities along 35, Blaine has been growing in population greatly over the last 10 years. While this site might seem like just another greenfield as you face the southeast, this site is adjacent to a single and multifamily homes across the street on the West and North of this image.
